**Salary Level**:$78,904 to $86,796 plus super and great benefits

The Operations team partners with the diverse areas of our College to ensure we deliver successful educational and commercial outcomes. The Academic Coordinators work closely with our Academic Administration Officers to coordinate the vital operational functions of Monash College’s assessment and examinations.

**About your next role**:
Due to internal promotions, we are looking for two Academic Coordinators to join our driven and innovative Academic Operations team at Monash College.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate and committed to continuous improvement with high attention to detail and previous experience working in an educational office setting.

**Your background and experience**:
Your recent experience in a similar position or environment will see you hit the ground running. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to diversify their experience in a new environment. You are motivated, delivery focused and a self starter. Ideally you will have:

- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working in assessment administration or program operations in an educational environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve challenging situations
