We're on the hunt for a Resourcer to join our team, supporting our Recruitment Consultants who specialise in blue-collar roles across aviation, warehouse, and logistics.

No recruitment experience? No problem. What we're really looking for is:

  • A proactive attitude - you're not afraid to pick up the phone, think on your feet, and get things done.

What you'll do:

  • Connect with candidates daily - from screening and interviewing to keeping them in the loop.
  • Work closely with consultants to fill jobs quickly and efficiently.
  • Help keep our systems, rosters, and compliance up to date.
