Bridge42’s Perth team is seeking to appoint a full time Administrative Assistant | Receptionist who shares our values and purpose in ‘revealing the promise of Australia’s emerging future’.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- A variety of administrative and reception duties
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Maintain office supplies and staff amenities
- Travel arrangements
- Event and catering management
- Electronic filing and SharePoint (intranet) management
- General office support to the wider team where required
- IT troubleshooting and assistance

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration and/or reception roles
- Strong IT knowledge
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Team oriented and flexible to work within crucial timeframes
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, and self-motivation
- Pleasant, friendly ‘can do’ attitude
