Working for corporate business the role will be busy varied. It will involve a number of administration tasks including:
- Welcoming clients to the office and providing refreshments
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and creates a good impression
- Answering telephone, booking appointments
- Dealing with visitors to the premises
- Dealing with day incoming and outgoing post
- Other personal assistant and general administration skills
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
- Be able to time management and multitasking
**About You**
- Experience in a front facing reception and have worked in an office based customer service and administration role
- A professional and courteous manner both over the telephone and face to face
- Solid experience of Word, Excel and Outlook
- A pro-active approach to work
- The ability to manage multiple duties
- A friendly and engaging personality to work as part of a team
- Must be reliable and committed to their work
