We currently have a rare opportunity available in our Medical Operations team as a Medical Project Coordinator.

**What you’ll do**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading Medical Affairs team, generating and communicating compelling medical evidence that changes the practice of medicine for the benefit of patients and shapes the future of the AstraZeneca pipeline.

This is an incredibly diverse role where you will be responsible for the local and administrative co-ordination of Medical activities and projects, including meetings, sponsorships, Advisory Boards and round table HCP meetings within Australia and New Zealand in accordance with relevant policies, processes and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the weekly Communication newsletter for Medical affairs and assisting in Medical team comms.

**Essential for the role**
- Prior Administrative or Project Coordinator experience
- Pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs administration experience strongly preferred
- Able to co-ordinate and communicate optimally at all levels of the business
- Keen to collaborate in a dynamic environment and open to change
- Tech savvy with strong software system literacy
- Able to work on various projects consecutively and efficiently
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Tertiary qualified in Science, Marketing, or Business ideal
