**Responsibilities**
- Window and Door Fabrication: Assist the production team leader in completing fabrication tasks.
- Service and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve window and door issues on-site, delivering effective repair services.
- Installation of Windows, Doors, and Glass: Collaborate with the team to manufacture and install aluminum windows, doors, glass panels, flyscreens, and other core products.
- Customer Communication: Advise clients on maintenance, optimization, and future service needs.
- Quality and Fault Resolution: Ensure product quality and implement effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, installers, and suppliers.
- Service Scheduling and Reporting: Record, track, and respond to customer service calls, schedule home visits, and update customer records.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Work Organization: Attention to detail with excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Hands-on Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and devise solutions on-site.
- Customer Focus: Professional, approachable, and capable of interacting well with clients.
- Reliability and Adaptability: Thrive in diverse working environments.
- Safety Awareness: Maintain a safe work environment while delivering high-quality service.
- Experience: Prior experience in the construction or aluminum window and door industry is preferred.
- Travel requirement: Able to accept occasional business trips of around one week.
- Work Rights: Must have legal working rights in Australia.
