**About our Opportunity**

As the After Sales Service Supervisor for Corinthian St Marys, you will form part of the sites leadership team overseeing all general office administration as well as having a key focus on quality claims, defects and warranty replacements, coordinating the works for the field technician. You will be accountable for coordinating field inspections as well as claim details, Proof of Delivery, adherence to Terms & Conditions and the arrangement of appropriate action, including field service, repairs, pick up and returns, replacements or alternative product solutions.

This is a true people role, whilst being responsible for executive and general office management, you'll need to be skilled in managing customer escalations and troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer.

In addition, you’ll:

- Manage credit and refund process
- Coordinate kitchen/lunch room cleaning roster
- Provide support with daily activities of General Manager
- Support managers with induction process and office set up of new employees
- Co-ordination of business unit motor vehicles including repairs and inspections
- Generating reports

**About You**

We’re looking to leverage your after sales service experience preferably within the manufacturing industry managing trades and after sales queries. You need to be approachable and have an open and transparent communication style whilst you balance competing priorities and demands in a high functioning environment. Your agile approach and ability to be pragmatic in providing quality customer service is a must, along with capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.

In addition, you will bring:

- Leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, drive performance and effectively meet key performance measures
- Knowledge of installation processes, tools and equipment relevant to the industry
- Proficiency in scheduling management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
