Responsibilities

  • Window and Door Fabrication: Assist the production team leader in completing fabrication tasks.
  • Service and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve window and door issues on-site, delivering effective repair services.
  • Installation of Windows, Doors, and Glass: Collaborate with the team to manufacture and install aluminum windows, doors, glass panels, flyscreens, and other core products.
  • Customer Communication: Advise clients on maintenance, optimization, and future service needs.
  • Quality and Fault Resolution: Ensure product quality and implement effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, installers, and suppliers.
  • Service Scheduling and Reporting: Record, track, and respond to customer service calls, schedule home visits, and update customer records.

Requirements
