Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a 4WD Accessory Fitter & Onsite Fleet Maintenance Technician. This dual role involves installing 4WD accessories and providing onsite maintenance services to fleet vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

4WD Accessory Fitting

  • Install a variety of 4WD accessories, including bull bars, suspension systems, roof racks, winches, snorkels, lights, and dual battery systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
  • Ensure all installations are safe, secure, and completed to the highest standard.
  • Fabrication work

Onsite Fleet Maintenance

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles at client sites.
  • Ensure all fleet vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs conducted.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet client requirements.

Keep up-to-date with the latest products, technologies, and maintenance practices.

Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 4WD accessory fitting or automotive mechanics.
  • Experience with fleet maintenance or servicing multiple vehicles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license (preferably manual) and willingness to travel for onsite fleet work.
