We are a global industry leader in providing temperature and humidity control solutions to an array of industries such as construction, industrial, and water damage restoration.

Responsibilities:The Field Service Technician will provide field service support and consultation such as testing and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage systems; provide best technical solution to solve customer issues; complete assigned jobs; maintain and repair equipment.

  • Provide customer service and support during field visits or dispatches
  • Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Maintain and repair all equipment to ensure equipment is ready for rent
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers and other employees

Requirements

  • HVAC experience – Certification preferred, but not required
  • Field service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical electrical equipment
  • Electrical schematic reading
  • English literacy – Speak, Read and Write
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
  • Ability to travel when required and sometimes on a moment's notice
  • Enthusiasm to improve
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must pass background check, drug test, and driving record check
