Electronic Instrument Technician

High level salary provided $150k + P/A pending experience.

**To be successful for this role you will need**:

- Experience in Reinforcing Steel electronic instrument technical fitting - Min 15yrs experience.
- . Self-starter who is focused on outcomes and keen to contribute
- Be a confident communication who can work autonomously

**Duties**:

- Maintain site machinery to ensure safety of staff, site, and equipment
- Carry out repair, testing & preventative maintenance of electronic instrument equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding tasks and machine programming
- Be able to read and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical drawings
- Installation of new equipment on site
- Diagnosing faults and performing operational electrical maintenance of machines, andoverhauling and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical parts
- Onsite checking and quality control/assurance of fabricated and assembled parts for accuracy,clearance and fit using precision measuring instruments
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Participation in regular shutdown tasks as an individual or working with other members of the team
- Training and mentoring machine operators on electronics operating
- Spare parts ordering and inventory electrical components
- Team leader on machines
- Upskill current workforce
- Managerial Supervisory duties
- Communicate with overseas technical departments where needed

**Technical experience and requirements**:

- Communication skills and ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Schnell Manufacturing equipment electronic instrument components in depth knowledge is necessary

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
