As part of the PhysioChoice group of companies, CorporateChoice offers a range of Pre-Employment Services and solutions to a large number of business partners throughout Gippsland and Metropolitan Melbourne.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based in the Traralgon Head Office, this role will be responsible for:

- Booking and invoicing of Corporate Health clients
- Assist CEO in daily operations of CorporateChoice Healthcare
- Ensure efficient scheduling of services across multiple sites
- Handle routine tasks and customer problems and escalate unusual or high priority items
- Procurement of equipment, supplies and materials
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
- Offer advice and solutions to our Practice Network.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Aptitude for learning new software packages
- High degree of accuracy and record keeping
- Experience in scheduling
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Ability to multitask

**HOW TO APPLY**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Traralgon, VIC 3844: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
