This part-time position involves overseeing financial operations and offering strategic financial advice to support our growth goals. We are looking for an individual who possesses a deep comprehension of the retail or e-commerce industry and can create and execute successful financial strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise sales and cost management.
- Oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls and compliance procedures. - Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including external accountants, banks, and financial institutions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
- 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role in the retail/e-commerce industry
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and executing financial strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
