Our client is a $15M non-profit currently looking for a talented interim Head of Finance to step in for a 2-3 month timeframe.

The business is currently looking for a talented interim Head of Finance to step in for a 2-3 month timeframe.
**The Role**
- Finalise the year-end audit closeout process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records and supporting documents.
- Take charge of financial statement sign-off, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organisational policies.
- Utilize financial modelling and budgeting expertise to support Request for Proposal (RFP) initiatives, contributing to the organisation's growth and development.
- Manage the finance team of 3 and oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring business as usual (BAU) continuity.
- Prepare and deliver concise and accurate board reports, presenting financial insights to the board of directors.
- Other general financial management duties
**About you**
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or CFO.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading year-end audits and financial statement sign-off processes.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling effective communication with the CEO and board members.
This is a critical role with a short-term commitment, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking an exciting interim assignment.
