At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we are looking for a strategic and commercially driven **Head of Commercial Finance** to lead our **Commercial Team**. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering meaningful insights, driving performance, and supporting executive decision making across the business.

**About the role**
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team
- Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning process across all business units
- Deliver insightful and actionable financial analysis to support growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to influence commercial decision-making
- Build robust models for pricing, profitability, and scenario planning
- Oversee board reporting, monthly performance packs, and executive dashboards
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and enhance financial visibility
- Ensure strong financial governance and risk management across commercial operations

**About you**
- CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial finance, ideally manager role
- Proven experience within a retail or FMCG environment - _Beneficial_
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI and/or ERP system experience highly regarded
- A natural leader who enjoys collaboration, leadership and driving change
