Reporting directly to the CEO, as The Head of Marketing you will be responsible in the design, execution and performance improvement of our insight and data led, multi-channel marketing strategy. Lead a Marketing team of 4 Direct Reports focused on improving customer acquisition, engagement and conversion throughout our customer journey whilst implementing outcome driven brand awareness. Additional responsibilities include:

- Design and deliver data driven marketing initiatives to optimise lead/sales generation, deliver on growth and profitable outcomes
- Management of annual marketing budget, working closely with the CEO, Board and Senior Business Stakeholders in delivering marketing KPI’s and broader business outcomes
- Leadership and capability development of an exceptional marketing team, foster a team culture of innovative thinking and collaboration
- Third party relationship management, help foster a positive connection with key channel partners and lenders whilst representing our brand business strategies
- Work cross-functionally with our Digital and Sales Teams with a continuous improvement mindset in marketing technology, customer journey and business intelligence capabilities

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Extensive experience in substantiated, data & insight driven marketing management
- Experience in developing, supporting and driving a team in diverse marketing capabilities and responsibilities
- Brand awareness/management experience with a strong understanding of digital brand awareness and campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Advertising, Salesforce Marketing, Tableau and other key marketing platforms
- Innovative and analytical business mindset, drive business results and performance
