**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Assist customers in the Showroom to showcase our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles to create their perfect pool/backyard area
- Complete and process customer orders
- Liaise with the Warehouse & Production teams on stock and order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain on going relationships with our clients
- You will be required to work every Saturday but we can be flexible with the total hours and days during the week. Hours can range from 13.5 to 36 hours a week in total

**ABOUT YOU**

While you do not need to have pool or tile experience, some interest in design or renovation experience would be advantageous. You will also
- Be committed to our Customer Service Philosophy
- Be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Like working as part of a close knit team
- Enjoy assisting customers to make the right choices for them
- Have some administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracy
- Be solutions driven with good time management and problem solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13.50 - 36 per week
