Showroom Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom Manager with a passion for luxury womenswear, client engagement, and a natural ability to welcome and host. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, sales-driven, and lead a team. Fashion retail experience, team management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets are desirable. A minimum of 2 years experience managing a team is ideal.
Key responsibilities- Provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Nurture client relationships and grow the retail database.
- Train and develop team members in effective client engagement strategies to drive sales.
- Inspire and motivate a small team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Conduct training and development sessions focused on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the showroom environment.
- Use elevated language to enhance consultations and promote sales.
- Train and mentor team members in wardrobe curation techniques to boost sales performance.
- Maintain the luxury brand aesthetic of the boutique.
- Ensure a well-organized inventory and streamlined order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on operational procedures and standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve showroom sales targets.
- Work harmoniously with colleagues to uphold the brand's goals and warm culture.
- Actively participate in special events and brand initiatives to drive sales.
- Facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.
