We are now recruiting for an energetic and self-motivated individual to help us further grow our business and client base in the ANZ region.

Having recently been acquired by a US company, we are now recruiting for an energetic and self-motivated individual to help us grow our business in the ANZ region.

No prior experience is required - if you are a quick learner with great tech skills, we are happy to train you.

Tasks of the role are diverse and will require you to learn and operate our platform and third party software.
- Your role will include: _
- Configuring and enhancing our platform for new and existing clients
- Troubleshooting and solving client issues
- Keeping all processes and technical methodologies documented and up to date
- Managing support requests from both internal and external users

What we’re looking for
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively engage with clients in both written and verbal communications
- Competence in HTML and MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks
- Ability to read, write and edit Java Script and familiarity with API tools (such as Postman) and Atlassian tool set (JITA, Confluence) would be a bonus
- Some experience with automated or manual testing - specifically Cypress - is not essential but would be well regarded
