Junior Motion Designer / Animator

Part-time (2–3 days per week working from our Brookvale-based office, with potential to grow to 5 days)

Laundry Lane is a purpose-driven video and animation agency based in Brookvale. We work with government, not-for-profits and healthcare organisations to create impactful content that inspires change and makes a difference.

We're looking for a 
Junior Motion Designer / Animator
 to join our team.

You'll support the production of motion graphics and animations across a wide range of projects, including explainer videos and campaign content.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of motion graphics and animation across video projects, working primarily in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support senior creatives on animation-heavy and hybrid content with our film dept
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine your animation skills, with opportunities to grow your skill set

What we're looking for:

  • Enthusiasm to learn and evolve your craft (especially in character animation)
  • Proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Suite
  • A strong eye for design and detail
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in and support across projects
