Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

We’re currently seeking a passionate **Head of Financial Planning and Analysis**to join our **Melbourne**based team.

**About the role**

As a key member of the finance leadership team and 2IC to the CFO, you will build and lead a high-performing global FP&A team while providing strategic insights that shape **Movember**'s future. You will play an integral role in strengthening our finance function's commercial capabilities and driving improved business outcomes across our global operations.

You will be responsible for elevating the commercial acumen across the organisation, implementing best-in-class planning and analysis capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor to the **Movember** Leadership Teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both our organisation's effectiveness and our mission to improve men's health globally.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Drive the evolution of finance processes and systems to enhance commercial decision-making
- Develop and execute the roadmap for enhanced planning, reporting, and analysis capabilities
- Lead the implementation of new FP&A technologies and data analytics capabilities
- Provide strategic insights through the CFO to the Movember Leadership Teams on growth initiatives and investment decisions
- Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for major strategic initiatives
- Support the evaluation of strategic partnerships with robust financial analysis
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing global FP&A team
- Transform management reporting to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making
- Lead the development of sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives
- Drive the annual planning and forecasting processes with a focus on strategic outcomes
- Partner with the CFO to provide strategic and commercial insights to the Movember Leadership Teams

**For this role, you’ll need**
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with demonstrated commercial leadership experience
- Proven track record in building and transforming finance teams
- Experience in leading finance teams in complex organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience implementing modern FP&A systems and analytics tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge at executive level
- Experience working in international/multi-currency environments
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
- Track record of driving process improvement and automation
- Experience in managing remote/global teams

**Bonus points for**
- Knowledge of NetSuite
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
