Job Description

- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.

- Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage and analyse complex datasets.

- Develop and maintain financial models to guide decision-making.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Manager FP&A should have:

- CA/CPA Qualified (desirable)

- Strong expertise in financial planning, partnering, and analytics.

- Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
