**What this opportunity involves**:
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will own the co-ordination and delivery of management reporting, budgets, forecasts, benefits tracking on account. You will oversee the FP&A team and ensure the BI reports are fit for purpose.

This role will be based on-site with the client in Melbourne CBD.

**What this role involves**:
Stakeholder management and engagement including both internal and external clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory JLL and Client’s policies
Oversight of the financial planning and reporting team
Coordinate month-end accrual and reporting process
Management of annual budget processes including establishment of key data assumptions owning the process and key stakeholders’ analysis and reporting of outcomes
Ownership and coordination of forecast process
Liaise with the Business Analytics team to ensure financial data is aligned for BI reporting including data governance audits
Support the leadership team in achieving all relevant KPI’s throughout the term of the Contract
Ensuring the further development and refinement of key metrics reporting to the Client

Tertiary education in Accounting / Finance
Formal professional qualifications (CPA / CA) will be highly regarded
Over 5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting or modelling in a complex commercial environment
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of client representatives and JLL stakeholders
Good attention to detail
Sound written and oral communication skills and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems
Experience in investigating financial reporting issues and problem-solving
Experience in management of financial systems including system monitoring and administration is desirable
Advanced Excel skills including sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling
Experience in property financial is desirable but not a pre-requisite
