The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Coordinator - Review Call Centre (Adult Outpatients Department) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Supervise administrative staff within the work area and be responsible for the availability of administrative staff
- Induct, orientate and train new staff and identify and address training needs of existing staff ensuring the effective and efficient performance of all administrative staff
- Coordinate all aspects and requirements of the office
- Ensure the maintenance of effective administrative and record management systems
- Display a high level organisational skills including office management, staff supervision and teamwork
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
- Whilst not mandatory, previous experience working in a dynamic fast paced changing health care environment and under pressure is desirable
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $81 534 - $89 828 per annum
About Us
The Review Call Centre is one of three separate business functions within the Bookings and Referral Centre. The function of this work unit is to provide telephony support to patients and clinical teams in relation to current and future Adult Outpatient appointments. This work unit is an integral component of the Scheduling and Access Service which comprises Adult Outpatients Gold Coast University Hospital (Southport), Adult Outpatients Robina Hospital and the Bookings and Referral Centre.
