**About the job**:
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Support Management and Account Managers with Quotes, Proposals, and Sales Assistance
- Prioritise key tasks and deadlines whilst keeping internal stakeholders updated
- Build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with our clients and internal business units.
- Manage your internal Account Manager's expectations by ensuring they are always kept in the loop in terms of work in progress, recognising issues early, and pre-empting them
- Ensure client requirements are always met within expectations.
- Professionally assist with inbound calls and qualifying leads
- Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation e.g., Student Management System, Customer Relationship Management System etc
- Taking inbound sales calls and enquiries
- Greeting students on arrival to ensure an outstanding customer experience from the onset.
- Manage CSQ Funded students
- Ensure relevant student-funded paperwork is received
- Follow up student paperwork if not acquired prior
- Allocate course notes on Axcelerate
- Book students for public schedule courses on Axcelerate
- Confirm online bookings with student
- Follow up with students and clients to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collecting details of customers phone calls for Account Managers
- Collating reports for the Account Managers from Axcelerate
- Support with award nomination information
- Putting together proposals and dispersing of key information /promotional material directly to clients
- Meet all KPI's as part of the Harness Junior Sales Consultant role
- Supporting Marketing with any requests
- Assisting with Social media posts and details
