About the role
Instant Security Alarms Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the financial operations of a leading Queensland-based company.
What You'll Be Doing- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable: processing invoices, managing payments, and following up on outstanding accounts
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate financial records using our accounting system
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Ensuring compliance by following company policies and financial procedures
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Experience is not required as full training will be provided
