Job Overview

As a Junior Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the right hand to our senior account managers, supporting client relationships and helping bring campaigns to life. Think of this role as your launchpad into agency life: you'll coordinate content, track performance, support client communication, and learn how to manage accounts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring client needs are met under the guidance of senior team members.
• Content Coordination: Support the creation and scheduling of social media content (e.g., posts, stories, reels) and other content assets like blogs or newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Campaign Execution: Help execute social media and content campaigns, including posting schedules, community engagement, and influencer outreach, while meeting deadlines.
• Performance Tracking: Use tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports for review by senior team members.
• Research: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to contribute ideas for client campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and high-quality content.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with client meeting preparations, campaign documentation, and budget tracking as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years' experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internships count).
• A solid understanding of social platforms (Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook).
• Organised and detail-oriented - you can juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and content creation software (Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Above all, hungry to learn and grow in a high-energy agency environment.
