**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Injury Management Coordinator to join our team. The Injury Management Coordinator is to implement and maintain best practice in Occupational Safety and Health management, specifically in the areas of injury management, worker’s compensation and rehabilitation in accordance with WorkPac’s systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the injury and rehabilitation process with field team members
- Arrange internal and external return to work programmes for injured field team members in accordance with medical restrictions
- Track and report on the progress and development of claims.
- Investigate the eligibility of any claims submitted to WorkPac
- Collaborate with Doctors, rehabilitation providers and insurer to ensure claims are managed to maximum efficiency
- Monitor and report on overall claims performance via regular claims reviews to manage the commercial risk for future policy renewals.

**Your Skills**
- Worker’s compensation Claims management and/or injury management experience (preferably within QLD)
- Ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks to support the injury management function for the business
- Develop and manage relationships with providers and worker’s compensation insurers/underwriters to effectively and proactively manage claims and injuries
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
