We are currently seeking a creative and motivated **Social Media and Content Coordinator** to join our marketing team and contribute to the success of our business.

**The role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Build and maintain a strong social presence and community management.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Ensure campaign content is rolled out consistently across all channels.
- Conceptualise short lead social content development.
- Generate content ideas for EDM campaign.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create social media calendar.
- Assisting in video post-production for organic and paid digital channels.
- Liaise with photographers, printers, web developers, and designers to execute a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Monitor and review analytics, industry trends and create reports on key metrics.

**About you**:

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
- Excellent oral and social listening skills.
- Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
- Strong copy-editing skills.
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on anything social media related
