**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly creative and self-driven **Social Media & Content Coordinator** to join our team and bring Loving Tan to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. In this role, you will be instrumental in filming, editing, and crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence.

You have a keen eye for aesthetics, innovative thinking, and a passion for engaging storytelling. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning fresh ideas into viral content. Your ability to execute social strategies, develop visually stunning assets, and collaborate across teams will make you a key contributor to our brand.

This full-time role reports into our Social Media Manager and is based in **Brisbane, QLD**, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Production - Film, edit, and publish high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Creative Ideation - Develop and execute innovative content concepts that align with trends and brand identity.
- Video Editing - Edit engaging short-form and long-form content, ensuring high-quality visuals and storytelling.
- File Management - Maintain organized content assets within Dropbox for seamless collaboration
- Trend and Algorithm Awareness - Stay ahead of platform trends, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
- Community Engagement - Assist in responding to comments, messages, and fostering audience interaction.
- Social Media Strategy - Plan and manage the content calendar alongside our Social Media Manager. Graphic Design Support - Create branded assets using Figma alongside our Design team (graphic design experience is a plus, but not required).

**.Who You Are**
- Experienced - 1-2+ years in social media content creation, with a strong track record of engagement and organic reach growth. Bonus if you have experience with beauty or body care products.
- Social-Editing-Savvy - Proficient in video editing tools such as Capcut and editing within the TikTok app; familiarity with Figma and Dropbox is a plus.
- Studio-Ready - Comfortable filming content in a professional setting with lights and iPhone equipment provided.
- Confident and Social - Willing to capture behind-the-scenes moments and involve our Marketing team members in your video content.
- Creative and Strategic - Thinks outside the box, understands brand storytelling, and adapts to new trends effortlessly.
- Detail-Oriented - Strong organizational skills, ensuring polished and visually compelling content.
- Collaborative yet Independent - Able to work autonomously while contributing meaningfully to the social media team.
- Results-Driven - Self-motivated, consumer-focused, and eager to create content that delivers measurable success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
