Now, they are hiring a Product Manager to join their ever-expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis at their warehouse in Derrimut. **Your new role** As a Product Manager, you will have full product lifecycle responsibility for a portfolio of OEM and aftermarket truck, trailer and commercial vehicle components. You will be responsible for managing the specifications, offerings, price positioning and marketing activities for their assigned portfolio of products. Reporting directly to the Aftermarket Business Leader, you will be responsible for driving growth in revenue and overall profitability of their portfolio through the identification, selection and introduction of new product and the phase out of underperforming products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Lead product strategy for the overall portfolio of the products - Carry out market analysis to ensure companies offering is competitively positioned while ensuring overall product line portfolio profitability - Maintain effective industry networks - Act as the main driver for product development and brand positioning from initial concept, development, testing, procurement and marketing from concept through to life cycle conclusion - Develop strong working relationships with key local and overseas distributors including counterparts at major truck and trailer OEM's - Assist in the preparation of annual sales forecasts and marketing plans **What you'll need to succeed** To excel in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills: - Technical product marketing or product management background with minimum 3 years experience - Solid understanding of the commercial vehicle or similar aftermarket parts industry - Experience with ERP systems and B2B transactions preferred - Excellent written & oral skills - Commitment to leading by example and getting the best out of the team **What you'll get in return** - A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 + super + bonus - A collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth - Career progression - Free on-site parking - Ongoing training & development **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. 2806699
