Our client, an industry leader in sleep solutions, seeks an experienced **Product Manager** to lead strategic initiatives enhancing market growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the mattress market.

**About the Opportunity**:
As Product Manager, you will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, aligning with customer needs and company goals. Your role is critical in driving new product launches, managing performance metrics, and optimizing offerings to sustain market leadership.

Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Lead mattress and bedding product development, ensuring collaboration with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to meet quality and sustainability standards.
- Manage the product development process, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Utilize customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement product launch and marketing strategies.
- Support sales teams with training and sales materials; assist in client presentations and demonstrations.
- Monitor product performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on sleep technology and sustainable materials to propose innovative product improvements.

**About You**:

- Proven Product Manager experience, preferably in the mattress or related industry.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
