The David Roy Williams Entertainment was established by Shock Records founder, David Williams. DRW Entertainment comprises of different entertainment enterprises including Concert Promotions, Music labels, Merchandise Management, Professional Services, Music publishing, and Artist Services.
**JOB TITLE**:Production Coordinator - Merchandise
**LOCATION**: West Melbourne (MUST BE BASED IN MELBOURNE)
Experience: 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role/industry preferred
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for all functions of the Vicious Threads business; strategy, structure and budgets.
- Establishing plans, budgets and designs for merchandise
- Communicate and liaise with clients, designers, team members, external contractors and manufacturers.
- Construct projected budgets for tour merchandise
- Oversee production and manufacture of merchandise from concept through to sale.
- Coordinate freighting nationally
- Conducting and maintaining stock analysis
- Oversee all contractor staffing
- Reconcile budgets and settlements
- Assisting in creating and developing merchandise for artists within the DRW Entertainment artist roster
- Manage online merch store, packing some orders and assist with dispatch
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Production Coordinator role, preferably within the music industry.
- Proven examples of successfully managing and delivering multiple small-medium scaled projects.
- Ideally you will be highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and different design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other similar softwares.
- You will be proficient in Mathematics and comfortable counting large quantities of stock
- You will have some experience with using the Shopify platform and using different shipping and freighting platforms such as Australia Post Business and Interparcel
- Be able to demonstrate excellent project planning, organisation and execution skills.
- Have current experience managing budgets, manufacturing, managing external contracting staff
- You have excellent communication and relationship building skills and are willing to seek out additional opportunities that align with the businesses goals.
- Have advanced problem-solving skills, think outside of the box and get excited about end-to-end project delivery and management.
- You have an entrepreneurial attitude and desire to grow your role and to build upon structures that are already in place.
- You are goal oriented, action focused with an ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.
- You will have worked within fast paced, deadline driven projects and work to a high standard and can produce a high level of results.
