TSA is an Australian-owned business in the Outsourcing Industry helping companies acquire, retain and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of the country's largest brands from across multiple call centres in Australia and the Philippines.

**Job Description**:
Working with TSA, you will support My Car - one of Australia's largest tyre, automotive service and repair businesses. You will be helping customers buy new tyres and schedule fitments.

You will ask the right questions to understand the exact need of the customer, liaise with suppliers to ensure tyres are onsite and available, and then book the customer in at their closest My Car location on a day and time that suits them best.

**What you need to know about the role**:

- ** This is a short-term casual position. Required between 21/11/23 - 24/11/23**:

- You will work on a rotating roster: 7am - 7pm Tuesday - Friday
- This line of work is to support seasonal increased call volumes for 4 days
- $32.15 per hour

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- You are passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in the automotive and tyre industry - you know a thing or two about cars
- You love problem solving and coming up with solutions
- You have great attention to detail
- You can multi-task and manage time effectively without compromising service levels - you can maintain a conversation whilst navigating through a booking
- You love teamwork and collaborating with others
- You have a love for learning new things
