**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **NetSuite Support Consultant** with a passion for technology and developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will be smart, motivated, passionate about technology and want to grow with the team. Based in Denver, everyone that works for Next Technik is very 'can do' and shares responsibility to ensure the success of our customers.

The primary responsibility is to work closely with the customers, consultants and the product development team to determine technical solutions for product issues and product defects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- First line customer support and second line partner product support
- Compile and document enhancement requests by customers for review by product development team
- Finding, replicating and assess impact of product problems and defects
- Triage and classify support cases and issues
- Co-ordinate release and upgrade schedule with product development, service delivery, partners and customers
- Product Quality Assurance including documenting acceptance test plans as required
- Assistance with provisioning new account bundles and licence record maintenance
- Implementation consulting support when requested by the implementation teams
- Technical solutioning and integration issue resolution
- Data cleansing, conversion and importing
- NetSuite consultation and customisations
- JSON, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, Advanced PDF, Saved Searches, Report Writing and SuitBuilder customisations.
- Document customer business process flows and supporting information as required
- Work to continuously evaluate and coordinate customer training to ensure end-user adoption for new deployments, new release upgrades and supporting customer attrition of field resources.

The key attributes needed in this role:

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- NetSuite Systems Support and or administration experience
- 3 years customer service, call centre, or support desk experience essential.
- Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to field service management organisations beneficial.
- Experience with support of NetSuite, equivalent ERP solutions (Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) or software packages.
- Bachelor Degree /Qualifications
