**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Customer Service Consultant** to work in our busy Customer Development Centre on a full-time basis, located in Burwood.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Handling inbound telephone calls and on-line service appointment enquiries
- Creating service appointments for customers in our database
- Monitor and action all activity in our department’s mailbox
- Managing outbound calls and SMS to customers
- Liaising with our service and sales teams to assist our customers
- Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when speaking with customers
- Possess a positive attitude
- High level of organisation skills
- Ability to work closely in a busy team environment

**What we offer**:

- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Ideally we would like to fill this position on a full-time basis but are flexible in making it a part-time position for the right applicant
