Company Description

We are looking for Customer Service Consultants to join our team. You will be the voice representing our insurance partner, IAG, resolving motor damage claims.

As an Inbound Claims consultant, you will receive calls from customers calling through regarding their automotive insurance claims. You will build rapport, and provide a positive customer experience, whilst effectively resolving their enquiry. You will also make outbound calls to third party businesses to arrange the automotive claim’s repairs and assessments.

To support your competency in this role, your leaders will provide you with regular coaching ensuring you are set up for success

**Job Description**:
**An overview of the role;**
- Work from home flexibility - work in office 1 day per fortnight
- Monday - Friday (no weekends), working 8:25am - 5:30pm
- 4-5 weeks full time paid training
- Healthy work/life balance
- Must have stable internet connect with appropriate home office set up

**How you will do it?**
- Build authentic relationships with customers through claims management, assessing each situation on an individual basis
- Manage inbound calls and outbound calls to resolve enquires, and concerns related to motor damage
- Liaise with suppliers and repairers to validate, assess and repair motor insurance claims
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account information
- Accurately manage customer expectations regarding their insurance and claim process
