The business is a well-established national supplier of Caterpillar equipment. They sell new and used Earthmoving and Mining Equipment to the Mining and Civil Industries across Australia, with a strong presence in Queensland and New South Wales.

They are a reputable company made up of experienced industry experts and have a strong portfolio of major clients throughout the country. They have experienced strong growth throughout the last decade and have become a well-established name in the Earthmoving and Mining sectors.

**The Position***

Due to company growth, the position of State Manager is now available in Singleton.

This role would see you be the conduit between the sales and operational teams. You would be the main lead in safety compliance. Lead, build and develop a strong and professionally competent team. Make sure targets are being met, manage workflow and ensure continuous improvement.

Some of the main responsibilities for this role include:

- Ensuring company safety procedures and practices are being met
- Promote a safe environment and ensure incidents & hazards are reported
- Manage a high performing team
- Maintain a line of communication with other managers and employees
- Manage training and recruitment of staff
- Set targets and KPI's for employees
- Proactively identify processes that would benefit from improvements
