**About the opportunity**
The Zone Operational Readiness Officer undertakes diverse and inter-related tasks with a focus on maintaining the readiness of Incident Control Centre (ICC) facilities and systems across the zone. Maintain operational reporting requirements to the State Operations Centre. Coordinate duty roster systems within a designated zone as required by operational response.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary emergency response practices
- Have the capacity to obtain Incident Management Principal Officer qualifications for Level 2 incidents within 12 months.
- Have a thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months.
- Be proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholder, internal and external

- Attractive salary range of $97,027.00 to $107,059.00 plus 11.5% superannuation and leave loading + field allowance
