**About the Role**:

- Safety leadership as a senior manager.
- Lead and develop the Parts team to meet individual and Penske goals.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and engagement with the business operations.
- Develop operating plans and have the ability to execute and achieve financial & operational targets
- Ensure team consistently exceeds expectations of internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage a Warehouse and large-scale inventory function.

- Managerial experience in an automotive environment
- Demonstrated ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a team
- You are customer focussed, with a team player mindset
- Proven ability to build successful relationships with all customers, and represent the Penske brand with high levels of professionalism
- Have a high energy, high output persona and a resilient nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills and ability to learn and use company-specific software
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting Automotive, inventory and financial reports
