We are looking for a strategic property marker to join our NSW team

This opportunity will see you working with our State Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to drive day-to-day marketing operations and assist in the development of state campaign strategy for greenfield developments and existing communities.

This opportunity is ideal for a Marketing Executive with property and new launch experience looking to take the next step up in their career.
- This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office and two days working remotely with the mindset of being flexible in order to work to business priorities. This role also requires occasional local and regional travel for onsite events, site visits and meetings._

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the ongoing management of place brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, media and collateral to retain brand integrity while retaining a strong connection with the Ingenia Lifestyle parent brand.
- Regularly analyse lead traffic, quality, behaviour and trends both at a local and state level to inform marketing strategy and planning.
- Oversee cross-functional project overviews on a monthly basis to deliver a holistic view of the project spanning Marketing, Development and Sales objectives and actions.
- Lead the development of NSW’s content calendar and oversee the development and execution of NSW’s customer communications.
- Oversee the coordination of asset production such as renders, photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans, stage releases and general marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with sales and operational stakeholders to maintain a regular cadence of community events.
- Oversee website management & property listings and ensure SEO is considered.
- Support the management of NSW’s marketing budgets ensuring marketing spend is effective, efficient and accurately reported.
- Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers, cross-functional colleagues, suppliers, external agencies and partner organisations.

**About You**
- Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, eDM builder, content management systems.
- Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications.
- Generalist marketing experience, preferably in retirement living or property industry.
- Strategic marketer with experience in new project launches, research groups and brand agencies.
- Ability to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide qualitative input into the strategic marketing plans.
- Experience contributing to delivery of campaigns and events with ambition to manage end-to-end including objectives, ideation, planning, execution and evaluation.
- Experience briefing and managing the output of agency partners.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experienced at working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Agile and open-minded during a period of function transformation.
