**Cub Campers - Marketing Manager**

**About Us**:
Cub Campers is a third-generation Australian manufacturing company based in Sydney’s North Rocks. For over 50 years, Cub Campers has been an industry leader, manufacturing some of Australia’s best caravan and camper trailers.

**About the Role**:
Cub Campers is looking for a well presented, energetic, and motivated Marketing Manager to oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies that help achieve growth in the caravan and camping industry.

The Cub Campers Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for developing and executing plans to promote the Cub range of camper trailers and caravans, building and maintaining brand recognition, understanding customer needs and preferences, collaborating with other departments, regular reporting and managing budgets and resources effectively.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Create and implement a broad range of marketing strategies and promotional activities for the company.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Managing the tasks and responsibilities of our Marketing and Social Media Coordinator.
- Hand-on management of social media advertising.
- Working closely with our General Manager on new products and assisting with new product launches.
- Liaising with freelancers to organise photo and video shoots to create content and promote the Cub range.
- Managing content and marketing for Cub’s online store.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Management of all leads and CRM data.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Extensive digital/social media in the leisure, recreational and/or automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
- A passion for data analysis.
- Be well organized and excellent time management ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and team player.
- Working knowledge of Adobe and Canva.
- Experience in RV industry/ marketing ideal.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $144,380.11 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
