**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a unique individual to join our Technical Services team, who is diligent and detailed oriented and has a broad range of experience across hardware and software solutions and a range of functional services including Sales Support, Deployment Manager, Technical Services and Technical Support.

Specifically, the work will include
- Supporting the Sales Team with the sales presentations and software demonstrations, preparation of sales proposals, specifically electronic hardware and cabling schematics including creation of component BOMs for projects
- Managing the deployment life cycle and associated project coordination and management activities across the entire project scope from receipt of purchase order, through system deployment to after sales maintenance and support.
- Managing internal engineering and SW project resources and/or external contractors to support field and maintenance services.
- Answering complex technical questions on hardware equipment and to work with customers to troubleshoot basic software and SQL Database issues to resolve system operational problems

You need to be a passionate individual who is keen to deliver their work at an exceptional quality standard and attention to detail.

The role operates from our office at the Rocks, and while we support hybrid work from home options, we expect the individual to work a minimum of 3 days in the office a week.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to following:

- Bachelor Degree in computer science or an engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year Experience in relevant Hardware and Software Support Services
- Experience in the building and construction industry would be an advantage
- Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and structure in approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Click Up, HubSpot, etc.
- Understanding of DB concepts and experience in writing SQL queries
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- References will be required (at least two professional referees)
