As an **Account-Based Marketing Manager
- Procure**, you will play a vital role in driving demand for our Procure product. You'll design, implement, and execute strategic marketing programs and events to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline progression. Your responsibilities will include shaping the annual event strategy, creating and executing demand-generation campaigns, and overseeing global account-based marketing initiatives.

**Some of the key activities for this role are**:
- Develops and implements multi-channel marketing plans meant to promote the organization and its products or services.
- Plan, create, and execute personalised, industry-focused marketing campaigns and events across key named accounts.
- Assists in the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement, and assists with special events or promotions.
- Track and report on all levels of pipeline metrics, including qualified sales opportunities, pipeline, and bookings contributions.
- Communicate and advocate for all marketing initiatives, new collateral, website tools, customer success stories, and upcoming events to the regional sales team.
- Collaborate with teams to drive pipeline progression of prospects from MQLs and SQLs, through to closed won revenue.
- Run, manage and attend marketing events e.g., Drinks Receptions, Dinners, sports and spa days.
- Represent Ansarada at sales meetings to build better relationships with customers and provide personalised follow-up.
**Experience that will help you achieve success in this role**:
- Ability to leverage the unique characteristics of SaaS offerings.
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
- Experience targeting corporate accounts and understanding the nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - are highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident in defining target personas, building messages and aligning stakeholders to execute a multi-touch marketing plan to drive pipeline progression of suspects and MQLs, SQLs, and closed won revenue.
- Thrive in a high-energy creative and metric-driven marketing team environment and are flexible and versatile to help your fellow Marketing team members.
- Super curious, super creative, and customer-obsessed marketer.
- Ability to develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience and execution.
- Able to work global hours and are open to interstate/international travel.
- Previously worked with a Marketing Automation system e.g. Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot, Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
