Administration Officer
A great 6-month Customer Service opportunity to work with a global company located in the Eastern Suburbs
- **Previous customer service experience is required**:
- **Local Government experience is desirable**:
- **Administration experience is essential**
**About the company**:
You will be part of a collaborative Local Government team based in the eastern suburbs. You will contribute your skills in a growing global organisation and fast paced environment. A great opportunity if you are looking to grow and enhance your customer service knowledge and experience. This position is working full time on a rotating roster. You must be able to drive as there is no convenient public transport. Support will be provided, and you will be working with a hands-on manager.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Taking inquiries over the phone
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Report writing
- Data entry & filing
**You will have the following**:
- Great administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven experience working in a busy environment
- Be hard-working, punctual, and organized
- Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alpha-numeric data entry and qualifying data
- Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
**Please note you will need to obtain a police check for this role before commencing this role.**
