As a Service Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of the service office and assist technicians in their field duties. Furthermore, should aim to improve company administration procedures and day-to-day operations.

This role requires working closely with field technicians and the office team in order to effectively schedule and allocate work. Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast paced environment are key skills required in order to liaise with a range of suppliers, customers and employees.

**Skills and Experience**:
Applicants must meet/have the following:

- Ability to work in a team
- Moderate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft processor)
- Willingness to learn new processes and embrace different tasks as required
- Strong verbal and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Great Customer Service Skills

**Education**:
High school or equivalent

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Service Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and scheduling incoming work with customers, suppliers and field technicians
- Performing clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and answering calls
- Interaction with clients, visitors, and vendors
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Arranging meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
- Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
- Edits documents for accuracy
- Maintains accurate records and enters data
- Assists with organising events when necessary
- Conducts research and compiles data for necessary reports
- Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
- Interacts and performs tasks set by management
- Assists in setting up new client accounts
- Assist in accounts receivable duties
- Reception duties as required
- Programming of systems and data entry as required
- Answers customer questions and confirms customer orders
- Engages in educational opportunities as needed
- Performs additional duties when required, including drafting brochures and organising the filing system
- Assist in content development and generation duties as directed

**Work Hours**:
A “normal” working week consists of 38 hours. Reasonable overtime is an expectation along with flexible hours arising due to earlier/later start times depending on office requirements.
