We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Gladesville. This position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who resonate with the unique concept of what we do. Working 3 - 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday), your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome, assist, and induct all customers to the rooms
- Coordinate bookings, handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently
- Promote our services and engage customers in promotional activities
- Facilitate safety inductions, maintain cleanliness, and set up rooms
- Manage stock, materials, and equipment to ensure a smooth operation

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- Lots of energy and a customer-focused attitude committed to creating memorable moments.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong commitment to safety and wellbeing
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and demonstrate a flexible approach
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift 10-20kgs
- A working with children check, and a First Aid certificate is preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: Up to $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Oakleigh, VIC 3166 (required)
