**About the role**:
We are seeking to recruit a Wellbeing Coordinator (Team member) at our Ashburn Place facility. Christadelphian Aged Care provides person centred lifestyle programs, designed to engage our residents in activities they enjoy to improve their quality of life.

You will be experienced in the aged care industry (minimum 1 year) and be relevantly qualified Cert IV in Health and Leisure. This is Permanent Part Time role - to work on Wednesdays and alternative Thursday and Fridays.

**Essential Criteria**
- **Cert IV - Leisure and Lifestyle (Wellbeing Coordinator - Desirable)**:

- **First Aid and CPR Certificate**:

- **One year of experience working as Wellbeing Coordinator.**:

- Experience in completing documentation relevant to Wellbeing Coordinator
- Experience working with dementia clients essential.
- Team player
- Australian Federal Police Clearance taken within last 12 months, not any older.
- Proof of Work rights in Australia.
- **Evidence of Covid and Flu vaccination is mandatory.**:
