At Smash Splash, we want to create a positive space where releasing that stress is a fun and empowering experience With a variety of different rooms, our customers enjoy taking their frustrations out on plates, tvs and anything else that they can smash.
We have great opportunity for a Customer Service Superstar to join our team in Sydney. The position will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys the concept of what we do. Working 3 - 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday) your responsibilities include:
- Welcome, assist and induct all customers to the rooms
- Coordinate bookings, customer inquiries and requests
- Promote services and promotional activities
- Facilitate safety inductions, clean and set up rooms
- Maintain stock, materials and equipment
To be considered you must have lots energy and a customer focused attitude that is committed to creating memorable moments for everyone.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong safety and wellbeing commitment
- Ability to work under pressure, multi task and demonstrate a flexible approach
- Be physically fit and healthy
- Have a working with children check and First aid certificate is preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus
