We are a weddings and events company who is seeking a warehouse manager who can control the daily and weekly operations of the pick/packing for each wedding/events. We need someone who has operational experience and has attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory records
- Organise and carry out inventory stocktake twice a year
- Submit purchase list for any items needing to be procured.
- Create maintenance list for any items needing to be fixed.
- Ensure vans and company vehicles are maintained, cleaned and presentable. Any damages to be logged and reported.
- Ensure any items needing to be cleaned is done so prior to the events.
- Warehouse operations is organised and clean.
- Each event is prepared and packed correctly, without any missing items.
- Ensure all work is conducted in a safe manner
- All WHS policies, procedures and instructions are complied with
- All incidents and hazards are reported immediately.
- Ensure the correct usage and maintenance of safety devices and personal protective equipment.
- provide styling assistance if required
- preparation work at the warehouse, if and when required.
- Take part of pack down on the occasion that the usual pack down crew are not available, or there are inadequate numbers.
- Maintain weekly rosters for the pack down and warehouse crew.
- Develop training workshops for pack down and warehouse crew.

In addition, any other duties as may be notified to the Employee from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $52,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Event styling: 2 years (preferred)
- warehouse coordination: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers licence (required)
